William Giaquinto

William Giaquinto is a Principal Consultant

R&J Insurance clients benefit from his years of leadership experience in the fully insured and self-funded healthcare field:  Bill previously served for ten years as Director of Operations for a major third party administrator in self-funding, supervising a national network. Bill acquired additional experience as a senior advisor at ING and Lincoln.

Prior to his focus on self-funded healthcare and retirement plans, Bill was a professional sports agent based in New York. He also had a distinguished career with the Hamden Fire Department. Bill is an avid golfer who has played in a number of Arnold Palmer sponsored tournaments across the country. He lives with his wife in Hamden and is the father of three children and has five grandchildren.
